videotourMaris Farms has become a wonderful destination for fall celebrations.

We’ve made available for party rentals our Milking Parlor holding pen, decorated for farm celebrations and in a farm theme.  Room use includes three picnic tables and straw bales for sitting, plastic ware, paper plates and napkins.

Prices noted are for weekends only.  10% discount for weekday parties.

Options and Costs:

  1. Milk Parlor Party Room Rental (no Activity):
    $50/hour, plus $50 refundable cleaning/care deposit*.
    Minimum 1-hour reservation. Additional time sold/reserved in 1/2-hour increments as schedule allows. Room rental does not include farm entry or activities. Entry sold separate from room rental – discount of $1 off $10 weekend combo when purchased in a single transaction of 10 or more.
    Rental includes: Use of two picnic tables & straw bales for seating, plastic ware,cups, paper plates and napkins. Comfortably accommodates 25 guests.
  2. Activity Only Party:
    Groups of 10 or more can receive $1 off admission (general or activity) when purchased in a single transaction.  No facilities are included. This is great if you plan oo having food and opening gifts at your house or at another location but want a day of fun for your group.
  3. Milk Parlor Party Room and Activity Package:
    Activity admission for up to 15 guests and use of our milk parlor party room. $185 plus a $50 refundable cleaning/care deposit. Each additional is $1 off admission (general or activity). Package includes: Activity admission, 1 hour rental of milk parlor party room, plastic wear, cups, paper plates and napkins; decorated room in a farm theme. Comfortably accomodates 25 guests.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • You must make a $50.00 deposit at the time of reservation for either of the party room options. Please e-mail us to request a reservation. Someone will contact you to secure that reservation with a credit card deposit. We cannot hold or reserve any dates until this deposit has been received.
  • After you make your deposit, if you notify us of a party cancellation two weeks prior to party date, a $30 refund will be made to you. With less then two weeks or in the case
    of no notification, no refund will be made
  • You must pay for the balance of the party on the date of the party
  • You must provide us with an estimated guest count upon booking
  • Minimum 1-hour reservation. Addtional time sold/reserved in 1/2-hour increments as schedule allows.

* $50 refundable cleaning/care deposit is for use and care of the parlor.  This is to ensure decorations and room stay nice for all of our guests.
