Employees at Maris Farms must be team players willing to be helpful in any number of tasks, not just the particular task/duty for which they are hired. Smiles and a joyful attitude are a must, as well as a willingness to engage with fellow employees and customers in order to make their visit to the farm enjoyable. Below you’ll see a rundown of the general jobs possible, however over the years we’ve come to recognize personality fits with certain jobs, so your flexibility is essential. Most jobs pay about the same; however with a great crew of returning staff, we accommodate their preferences as much as possible. If you enjoy being outside, being busy and take pride in contributing, please contact us, however, if your parents are bugging you to get a job and your heart’s really not into it, please save us both the trouble, only the earnest should apply.
