Tickets at Your Store
|
This is an untapped, unlimited opportunity, and nobody is really doing it the way it can be done.
We could print up 2" x 5" tickets and sell them at your stores - FOR $2 MORE than the public pays for at the actual event.
These are called "VALUE" tickets, because the customer is going to receive much more than $2 worth of value for paying that extra amount, and the folks that pay for their tickets at the event will not have the same benefits.
(EX: buy your tickets at XYZ for $12 and receive a free pumpkin carving kit (value $6.99); a free concession item (value up to $3) and a trip to front of the line on busy nights (value is time and the extra $2 people pay for that privilege at the farm); and lastly, a 10% discount on any item at your location with a minimum $25 purchase (value at least $2.50 to customer, and you're getting at least a $25 sale out of the deal).
Printing costs are on us, but we would like the opportunity to sell one or two ads on the ticket (no competitors of yours) to help us pay for the printing.
Your store would receive $1 per ticket sold, and your manager would receive 50 cents per ticket.
We would of course bill your company for the balance at the end of the season, based on how many tickets we received from your locations.
COST: $0; DEADLINE: July 15, 2004

The mock milk carton is located in our "Kiddie Courtyard" and will have slides coming out of it.
It is again "up for bid" as a potential spot for sponsors.
(Darigold has already secured three sides).

There is room for two more secondary sponsors.
Our maze (or affiliated organization) will be listed on the front.
Each maze venue will have 50,000 sleeves distributed to 15-20 cafes in and around their location during a 4-week run.
This is monitored marketing done by the company that is distributing for us.
A $1 off coupon for each maze will be on the sleeve, along with a special giveaway being provided by our sponsors on the back.

The target(s) is/are posted anywhere between 100-150 feet away from the corn launcher.
Your company will also receive two "spots" on the corn launcher itself and the option of offering a special promotional opportunity to those who choose to shoot and hit the target (See attached information sheet for an example) with a "send-back" coupon.

Pumpkin Cannon (2004)
|
We have a large cannon shooting 8-10 pound pumpkins more than 500 feet into our field.
The cannon is a very popular draw at the farm and is sure to receive some pretty extensive media attention.
We debuted it the last weekend of 2003, and it was still a huge attention-getter.
We want to build a mock "tank" around the cannon launcher this season and provide two spots for a sponsor.
COST: Sorry, all filled up for 2004; DEADLINE: July 15, 2005
